Behind every great haircut is a barber who genuinely loves what they do. The team at The Barber Social brings decades of experience, plenty of personality and a real passion for the craft. From sharp fades to classic cuts and proper beard work, they take pride in getting every detail right. Just as important is the atmosphere in the shop. Expect plenty of banter, a few laughs and a relaxed space where everyone feels welcome. Get to know the crew who keep the chairs busy and the good vibes going every day.

Wendy
Wendy is the proud owner of The Barber Social and has been part of the barbering world for more than 30 years. Her journey began in Muswellbrook, training in a traditional barber shop where she learned the foundations of the craft: respect, consistency and damn good haircuts.
After spending 15 years at what was formerly Get It Off Barbers, Wendy leaped ownership and opened The Barber Social 18 months ago. Since then, the shop has already taken out a category at the Port Stephens Business Awards.

Caydn
Cadyn is our ridiculously talented Welsh barber and a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to his craft. Trained in Wales, he brings serious skill to the chair and is known for his sharp fades and attention to detail. There might be the occasional language barrier, but just nod confidently and trust the process. The haircut will speak for itself.
Cadyn also has a second passion: stand-up comedy. So when you sit in his chair, don’t be surprised if you leave with a fresh fade and a few good laughs along the way. Now calling Australia home, and lucky for us, he’s not going anywhere.
Krista (Karisma)
Krista, or as the team likes to call her, Karisma, brings more than two decades of barbering experience to our shop. She completed her apprenticeship on Sydney’s Northern Beaches under a traditional Italian barber before moving to the Central Coast.
Krista’s skills and attention to detail speak for themselves. She’s passionate about her craft, loves a good chat and brings plenty of banter to the shop. Blending old-school techniques with a modern touch, Krista takes pride in making sure every client leaves looking sharp and feeling confident.
Trudi
Trudi began her career in Muswellbrook, where she owned and ran her own salon before expanding into barbering. Sixteen years ago she opened Get It Off Barbers, creating a much-loved local spot filled with plenty of laughs, great haircuts and more stories than anyone could count.
Over the years Trudi has built a strong and loyal client base who appreciate both her skill and her warm, down-to-earth nature. She loves a good chat, takes real pride in her work and genuinely enjoys what she does every day behind the chair.
